Each family is required to open and maintain a tuition collection account with the FACTS Management System as instructed by the Diocese of Oakland Catholic Schools Department. This electronic service allows your family to manage the tuition payments and incidental charges: Extended Care, CYO Athletic Fee, SCRIP, 8th Grade Fees, Supply Fees, Fundraising obligations and fees for school events.

Under this plan the entire amount of tuition is paid over a ten (10) month period beginning in August. When this plan is chosen, the monthly payments will be made through the FACTS Tuition Management Plan. This plan is an automatic payment plan, which debits the family’s checking or savings account. When the monthly payment plan is selected, the financially responsible person will authorize the bank to make automatic monthly payments to FACTS Management on either the 5th or 20th day of each month.
Those families that elect to pay tuition monthly will receive a confirmation letter at the beginning of the school year from the FACTS Management Company stating the amount that will be debited from their bank account to pay tuition on a monthly basis.
